LONGWOOD, FL — The special project division of S.I. Goldman Co. (SIGC), Inc., a Comfort Systems USA mechanical contractor, was selected by Brasfield & Gorrie of Maitland, Fl, to provide hvac services for a tenant build-out at Florida Hospital Waterman.

The 1,800-sq-ft office suite, located in the Medical Plaza of the hospital, will house a physician practice. The project, which began on July 10, has a five-week construction schedule.

Healthcare projects completed by SIGC in Florida include Orlando Regional Healthcare Systems, Orlando; Mayo Group Practice Research Facility, Jacksonville; Health Central, Ocoee; Celebration Health, Celebration; HeathSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Melbourne; and West Volusia Hospital and Saxon Medical Center, Deland.
