Technologies, Inc. to work in more than 30 of its building properties.
With more than 20 million sq ft in 253 buildings, Arden, one of Southern California’s largest commercial office landlords, saves $3.5 million annually in energy costs across its portfolio. Siemens said that the savings derive from a combination of energy-saving initiatives and operating efficiencies to reduce energy consumption.
Designed and directed by Arden first vice president and asset manager, Robert C. Accomando, P.E.; vice president of engineering Greg Husebye; and others, the energy program has played an important role in the savings achieved.
“The measures we have implemented have reduced our net operating expenses significantly, while arming us with powerful information about the way we operate our facilities,” said Accomando.
