Hazmat Kit III offers a two-step approach to identifying unknown airborne compounds using detector tubes, says the company. The first step utilizes two special multi-layered qualitative tubes and a color chart to identify more than 70 compounds in just two to three minutes, the company says. In many cases, the first step is all that is necessary. The second step incorporates an additional 13 detector tubes and a decision-tree-style logic chart to further qualify the first-step results, according to the company.
