FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — The city of Worcester, MA, recently completed the construction of its Forest Grove Middle School project using e-Builder’s Web-based Education Development Manager. The city also announced that it plans to use e-Builder’s systems and software for all future construction projects, including the Worcester Vocational High School.

According to Eric G. Twickler, principal architect for the city of Worcester, the city chose to use e-Builder’s systems and software based on its strengths in the marketplace and the advantages it provides in adapting Internet construction management and communication models. He added that by utilizing e-Builder’s Education Development Manager, Worcester is leading the way in both education and innovation.

“Communication between architects, government officials, project managers, and general contractors can be one of the most time-consuming and cost-intensive components of a construction project,” said Jon Antevy, e-Builder CEO and co-founder. “The number of people using e-Builder on the city of Worcester projects has doubled since we initially started working together.”
