KANSAS CITY, KS — Reedy Industries Inc., a Glenview IL-based provider of HVAC and food service equipment sales and services throughout the Midwest, announced the recent acquisition of RC Mechanical Services Corp., a company based in Independence, MO.

RC Mechanical and its seven employees will be integrated into Lippert Mechanical, Reedy’s “premier service company in Kansas City, [making] that combined entity one of the largest HVAC service providers in the Kansas City market” according to a Reedy press release.

“When looking to expand our presence in Kansas City, the reputation [that] RC Mechanical enjoys among its customers and in professional circles made it a clear choice for our collaboration,” added Reedy Industries’ marketing director T.J. Reedy.
