• Murphy Co. (St. Louis) has promoted Greg Hackl to vice president of industrial operations.

  • The Excellence Alliance Foundation (EAF) (Hebron, Ky.) presented Susan Scott with a $2,000 scholarship to continue her studies in air conditioning and heating at Columbus State Community College. The scholarship was completely funded by Mechanical Systems of Dayton Inc. (Dayton, Ohio) and R.N. Smith (Lancaster, Ohio).

  • The Associated Builders and Contractors presented Coastal Mechanical Services LLC (Melbourne, Fla.) with the Charles J. Eidel Safety Award at the Diamond Level for 2003.
