ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL — S.I. Goldman Co. Inc./Comfort Systems USA has been selected to provide hvac comfort for the $40 million SuperChannel Center here. The 18-story, 300,000-sq-ft mixed-use facility is owned by WACX-TV SuperChannel 55. It includes television studios, retail shops, convention facilities, offices, and a 1,400-car, four-level parking garage.

The Goldman team will install two 500-ton centrifugal chillers, 10 chilled water and air handling units, 15 water-cooled air conditioning units, and ddc temperature controls.

Goldman has previously installed mechanical equipment in a variety of Orlando-area facilities including hotels, courthouses, offices, and retail establishments.

The company has 200 employees and is based in Longwood and Fort Myers, FL.
