  • Bradford White Corp. (Ambler, Pa), a manufacturer of water heating equipment, announced that it has purchased Niles Steel Tank Co. (Niles, MI). The newly acquired firm will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bradford White Corp.

  • Terex Corp. (Westport, CT) announced that it has signed an agreement and plan of merger with Genie Holdings, Inc. (Redmond, WA), a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Terex is a global manufacturer of equipment for industries including construction, infrastructure, utility, and maintenance.

  • Bronz-Glow Technologies Inc. (St. Augustine FL), a producer of protective coil coatings, has joined forces with Equiguard Inc. (Willowbrook, IL), a provider of HVACR extended service agreements. Bronz-Glow’s “Ultima” expanded coil warranty is now administered by Equiguard.

  • Danaher Corp. (Richmond, VA) has appointed Kurt Gallo as president of Danaher Power Solutions. Gallo will continue as vice president and general manager of Enterprise Group until a replacement is announced.
