ST. LOUIS, MO — Michael Holigan’s “Building Your New House” segments on the television show “Your New House” will feature the step-by-step installation of a Unico central heating and cooling system in a Dallas, TX home.

The custom-built, 16,000-sq-ft home will be featured on several segments, focusing on several aspects of new home construction, including the Unico System. This system is comprised of an indoor air handler and mini-duct central heating and cooling system which uses hot and cold streams of high-velocity air to supply circulation without drafts, for floor-to-ceiling even room temperatures.
