ORLANDO, FL — Encompass Mechanical Services-Central Florida, with offices in Orlando and Clearwater, is furnishing and installing $1.78 million of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and services for Pinecrest Retirement Community in Largo, in Pinellas County, under its contract with ABI Construction Services, Tampa.

Encompass Mechanical is installing four 100% outside air units that will serve common corridors in both of the nine-story resident buildings. In addition, duct cleaning is being provided for the resident exhaust duct risers in the apartments, and existing evaporative condensers in the resident towers are being replaced.

In the two-story commons building, Encompass Mechanical is replacing existing split systems and rooftop package units. The company is also installing two 100% outside air units that will help pressurize the facility. The Pinecrest Retirement Community project is scheduled for October 2002 completion.
