ARLINGTON, Va. — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has reached an agreement with Aircuity Inc. Under the agreement, ACCA members will be offered Aircuity’s automated building performance and indoor air evaluation system on a specially priced, one-month trial basis. During the trial month, members can take delivery of the system and receive technical training and marketing assistance from Aircuity. At the end of the trial period, members can purchase or lease the system, or return it.

According to ACCA, the Aircuity system consists of a portable air sampling device, a Web-based data collection and reporting tool, and an artificial intelligence-based diagnostic program. It monitors and analyzes a building’s temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, airborne particles, total volatile organic compounds, mold, pollen, ozone, and radon.
