ORLANDO, Fla. — Hughes Supply Inc. hosted an event in Houston to celebrate its 75th anniversary and to highlight the company’s services to current and prospective customers. Lee Flasher, national director of sales at Hughes, commented, “Each celebration has been great. Our customers, vendors, and employees have enjoyed themselves and benefited from the tradeshow.”

The Hughes event in Houston attracted over 1,200 customers. The event was held at Reliant Stadium, home of the Houston Texans and the 2004 Super Bowl. Through a random drawing, 50 pairs of tickets to a private tailgate party and game tickets to the Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars game were given away. Free food, drinks, and live music also helped attract attendees. Hughes will host more events similar to this throughout the year.
