Mark Kilmer, president of Republic Mechanical Wholesalers in Davenport, Iowa, has completed his second year as chairman of the local John Deere Classic. Coined "The Greatest Show on Turf," the PGA Tour event was played September 11-15 at TPC at Deere Run in Silvis, Ill.

For the second consecutive year, Republic Mechanical Wholesalers entertained over 400 customers and vendor representatives at The Chairman's Club, a premium corporate tent overlooking the 18th green. Vendors helping to sponsor the company's event included Tempstar, DuPont, Wirsbo, Dunkirk, Fast HVAC Parts, Champion, Hart & Cooley, Munchkin, Sanyo, and White-Rodgers.

Well-recognized players like Davis Love, Justin Leonard, Lee Janzen, Bernhard Langer, Greg Norman, Peter Jacobsen, Paul Azinger, and 2003 Champion Vijay Singh brought excitement to the field. According to Kilmer, "This year's John Deere Classic proved to be another progressive activity for Republic Mechanical Wholesalers."
