ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Rochester's Southeast Area Coalition named Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) member John Betlem Heating & Cooling of Rochester as its Merchant of the Year.

John Betlem was honored for the many ways in which the company has contributed to the revitalization of the southeast Rochester neighborhood.
