"We were satisfied with the 770 exhibitors from 42 countries and 20,628 visitors," said Rudolf Putz, general manager of VDKF Wirtschafts- und Informationdienste GmbH.
"Whereas capital goods exhibitions all over the world are registering drops in the number of visitors, IKK has again succeeded in asserting its function as a leading international exhibition," stated Putz.
Exhibitors at the show were surveyed about their participation at IKK 2003. Eighty-nine percent rated their participation favorably after three days of exhibiting. Ninety-two percent reported that they reached their target groups. Seventy percent of the 2003 exhibitors have already decided to exhibit at the 2004 event, which will take place in Nuremberg.
