Patty Frank of Milton Plumbing Co. Inc., Spring, Texas, was elected chairperson of the Quality Service Contractors (QSC) at the QSC Power Meeting in Savannah, Ga.

Keith Bienvenu of Bienvenu Brothers Inc., Metairie, La., was elected vice chair. Doug Santoro of General Plumbing Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla., was elected as a trustee.
