HOLLAND, Mich. - Hart & Cooley Inc., parent company of American Metal Products (AMP) and J&J Register, announced the consolidation of the AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems and the J&J Register brands. According to Hart & Cooley, the integration will provide wholesalers with expanded product offerings, additional new products, and consolidated shipping opportunities.

While AmeriVent and J&J Register will retain their manufacturing and brand identities, the shared distribution network will simplify the ordering process for product representatives and wholesalers and promote purchasing economies of scale to wholesale buyers.
