The Hobo U12 thermocouple logger is a self-contained 12-bit resolution data logger for measuring and recording temperatures from a variety of thermocouple probes. The data logger can accept any J, K, S, or T thermocouple. The cold-junction compensation feature provides a temperature reference at the logger, which ensures optimal measurement accuracy, states the company. GreenLineâ„¢ software for Windows and Hobowareâ„¢ software for Macintosh enable users to launch and get readouts from the loggers with point-and-click simplicity, the company says. Other software features include one-click conversion of data for upload into spreadsheet applications and the ability to view multiple channels from a single logger on one graph, says the company.
