The Project Document Control Module for the company's management suite allows managers to control the flow of information to and from the office. The document creation and tracking system allows the user to initiate and manage RFIs, transmittals, submittal packages, meeting minutes, and other items. Using existing or new Word® documents, the user can create, print, and e-mail documents. The records can be marked for specific action and/or follow-up. It is compatible with various e-mail programs, including Microsoft Outlook® and Lotus Notes®. For project managers who do not normally process data through the company's management suite, a limited-use license is available. It gives users access to certain areas of the management suite, including the Business Center, work flow approvals, job cost reports, scanned images and documents, and project documents.
