KANSAS City, Kan. - The Kansas City Kansas Area Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of its Small Business of the Year Awards at an Oct. 14 luncheon at the local Argosy Casino.

Design Mechanical Inc., which performs commercial heating and air conditioning service, was named as the New Small Business of the Year.
