Several models have been added to the company's line of pistol-grip infrared thermometers. The 62 Mini is a general-purpose noncontact thermometer. It has a temperature range of -20 degrees to 932 degrees F (-30 degrees to 500 degrees C). It has a distance-to-spot (D:S) ratio of 10:1 and uses a single-dot laser sighting system, which indicates the center of the measured spot. The 570 Series is designed specifically for predictive maintenance professionals. Features of the 572, 574, and 576 units include adjustable emissivity, powerful optics, an advanced sighting system, and fast response time. The 574 and 576 come with analysis and reporting software, and the 576 has an integrated digital camera. All of the 570 Series thermometers have a temperature range of -25 degrees to 1,600 degrees F (-30 degrees to 900 degrees C) and a D:S ratio of 60:1. The 574-NI is designed for use in potentially hazardous conditions, where ordinary electronic equipment might ignite flammable gases or vapors.
