LINCOLN, AR — Acting on a tip that a local business was a front to a methamphetamine lab, local police searched French’s Heating and Air Conditioning on November 16 and arrested owner Teddy Lee French.

French and another person have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

French, who lives in a home adjacent to his Arkansas business, apparently had been under investigation for six months. Police seized a suspected meth lab, ingredients to make methamphetamine, almost an ounce of the suspected drug, and $62,119 in cash.

Police said they expect to make more arrests after further investigation.
