York International Corp. (York, PA) has announced price increases of 3% to 5% for selected chiller products. The company said the increases are effective with new quotes beginning immediately.

Tecumseh Products Co. (Tecumseh, MI) and Virginia KMP (Dallas, TX) said they have formed an agreement. Tecumseh said it will use Virginia KMP’s established network of representatives to expand customer support to Tecumseh’s authorized wholesalers and select oem accounts throughout the U.S. Tecumseh said it will also distribute, under its new “Choice One” label, a substantial portion of Virginia KMP’s product line.

Baltimore Aircoil Co. (Baltimore, MD) announced a 2% price increase, effective immediately, on cooling tower, closed circuit cooling tower, evaporative condenser, heat exchanger, ice thermal storage and auxiliary product lines and accessories. Parts pricing will be adjusted by parts classification.

Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. (Buffalo Grove, IL) has announced the acquisition of Westwood Energy Group, an energy procurement consulting firm in Boston, MA.
