Ward Manufacturing (Blossburg, Pa.) acquired Wisconsin Nipple and Fitting Corp.'s (Milwaukee) assets. Jackson Systems LLC (Indianapolis) hired Brian Marks as inside sales engineer, and Don Percifield as thermostat imprinting specialist.
