Clean Edge projects that over the next 10 years, markets for solar photovoltaic devices will grow from $7.2 billion to $39.2 billion; wind power installations will expand from $8 billion to $48.1 billion; and fuel cells and distributed hydrogen will grow from $900 million to $15.1 billion.
The report notes that already these three clean energy markets have expanded from $9.5 billion in 2002 to just over $16 billion in 2004.
