Ingersoll-Rand has acquired the technology assets and intellectual property of Raleigh, North Carolina-based Agilis Energy, LLC, an energy data analytics company.
Ingersoll-Rand and Mitsubishi Electric Corp. announced that they have entered into an agreement to establish a 50 percent-50 percent joint venture (JV) pending global antitrust review.
