More than 2,050 HVACR industry professionals attended ASHRAE's 2023 conference in Tampa, Florida. New leadership for 2023-24 was introduced, and a new IAQ standard addressing infectious aerosols was adopted.

Ginger Scoggins, P.E., will serve as ASHRAE's 2023-24 president. She is president and owner of Engineered Designs Inc., a consulting engineering firm in Cary, North Carolina.
