With more than 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Pleiman has worn many different hats and taken on many different roles in the organization that led her to her current position as president of Logan Services.

As national sales manager at Johnson Controls, Petruccio develops communications programs and initiatives to ensure her customers and her teams are mutually successful.

Since her career began at Trane nearly 14 years ago, she has worked on both the business’ product engineering and management sides. Today, she leads the product management teams and champions strategy to develop new technologies and product initiatives at Trane.

Neff loves to help people be successful in the HVAC space. She recently won the Boundless Benefactor award through Service Nation Alliance. This award recognizes an individual who is constantly going above and beyond to help others.

Murphy and his team strive to create an unforgettable experience for every customer, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. He wants to wow the customer with every opportunity they get.

The company she manages today includes 1,200 employees at 17 locations. While she has a leadership position with the company, helping others reach their goals is the most satisfying part of Munch’s job.

McCrory worked his way up in the company. He started as inside sales rep and is currently territory manager — with a story at outside sales rep in between.

Since 2010, Michael has benefitted from learning and growing with what he calls “some of the best teammates, leaders, and customers in the HVACR industry.” He has been encouraged, mentored, invested in, and given the opportunity to grow the company’s refrigeration business.

Under Lewis’ leadership, Redwood has invested millions of dollars in the launching of technician universities and training and development programs across the country, providing education for young professionals in the industry.
