This year's Emerging Leaders summer conference, scheduled for July 22-24 in Columbus, Ohio, will feature Mentor-led Roundtables, a staple of this event and the Emerging Leaders program.

Schoening and Ayers have served as HARDI's Washington, D.C.,-based consultants on government affairs since 2014.

Saving will serve as the staff liaison on HARDI’s Refrigeration and HVAC Councils. She most recently served as HARDI's vice president of services and operations and has been with the organization since January 2012.
