As a part of the agreement, five associates and one Desert Pipe & Supply location at 3209 Meade Avenue in Las Vegas will become a part of MORSCO, operating under the Farnsworth Wholesale brand

The addition of Power Industries, which shares its locations with two NAPA Auto Parts stores in Santa Rosa and Napa, expands Motion Industries’ footprint and customer service capabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

MORSCO HVAC Supply has plans to open several additional branches across the U.S. in 2018.

The new location is Mid-City Supply’s eighth branch.

Helmlinger, who co-owned Thomas Pipe & Supply with investment group GenCap America, of Nashville, Tennessee, will continue as president as well as invest equity in Thomas Pipe & Supply with Winsupply.

The acquisition, which was finalized in October 2017, immediately expanded the services that APR can offer at each of its 38 locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware.

O’Connor will continue to operate under the same name as an independent company and will retain its current management team.

Tacoma Electric Supply has locations in Tacoma and Puyallup, Washington, and is a recognized brand in the greater Puget Sound market.

The Lansing, Michigan-based distributor will continue under the APCO Supply and Michigan Temperature Supply names for the foreseeable future.

The Master Group is one of the largest independent HVACR distributors in eastern Canada. This acquisition increases the number of Master’s points of sales to a total of nine in southwestern Ontario and to 29 in Canada.
