The UEP Group's new company, VaughanAir, has acquired the DuraDuct line of advanced prefabricated duct systems from DuraSystems Barriers Inc.

With the acquisition, CoolSys plans to deepen its market presence and service network in the Pacific Northwest region, a press release from the company said.
