The Radiant Professionals Alliance (RPA), formerly the Radiant Panel Association, has reached an agreement with the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) wherein IAPMO will acquire key RPA assets, pending ratification of the agreement by the RPA membership.
