Its integrated relative humidity sensor controls humidity using a smart algorithm that targets a user defined humidity level together with temperature set point.
CHICAGO - Carrier used the AHR Expo in Chicago to introduce their new 9,000 BTU single-zone ductless system rated at 42 SEER.
“This is the most efficient air conditioner you will see in the market. That is a pretty bold statement,” Meredith Emmerich, Carrier Ductless and Variable Refrigerant Flow Marketing Director.
The efficiency will help Carrier deliver greater flexibility to customers in colder climates, for example the 9,000 BTUh, 42 SEER, and 15 HSPF single-zone system can provide 100 percent cooling capacity down to -22 degrees Fahrenheit and 100 percent heating capacity down to -5 degrees Fahrenheit.
This product is an addition to Carrier’s BACnet router portfolio. It supports seamless connectivity to other BACnet devices, allowing staff to manage all of the BACnet equipment in their building through a single i-Vu user interface.
Carrier supported the construction of the house with hundreds of employee volunteer hours along with a donation of all of the home comfort products in a home.
Carrier is proud to celebrate the 30th birthday of its Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) with its engineering customers around the world.
