Lennox International Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected CEO Todd M. Bluedorn as chairman of the board of directors and Richard L. Thompson as lead director. These changes will be effective upon conclusion of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders.

Uponor North America named Charlie Harte as general manager of Canada. Harte will be responsible for sales and marketing leadership of the Uponor Canadian business.

Superior Radiant Products Ltd. appointed Gary Dummer as national sales manager, Canada.

Uponor has named Bill Gray president of Uponor North America. He is also a member of the Uponor Group executive committee.

Tecumseh Products Co. has announced the appointments of Claudia Andrea da Silva as global motor technology manager and Scarlet Bryce Hauff as global material technology manager in order to strengthen the company’s global research and development capabilities.

Modine Manufacturing Co. announced that its board of directors has appointed Thomas F. Marry to the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Marry will report to Thomas Burke, president and chief executive officer.

Hartzell has announced the appointment of Sean Steimle as the new president of its Hartzell Air Movement business. He joins Hartzell after more than 13 years in the air moving industry. Steimle will report to Jeff Bannister, Hartzell CEO.
