Larry Andriunas has announced the launch of Kodaro LLC, a software development company that he will lead from California’s Bay Area. Operating in the building automation industry, Kodaro will create ways to connect building controls through software drivers, software applications, and enterprise solutions.

Emerson announced it has signed an agreement to purchase the Valves & Controls business of Pentair for $3.15 billion.
