Family and friends joined Make-A-Wish Maine and Pine State Service Experts to surprise seven-year-old Stella Axelsen of Westbrook at the reveal of her very own rockstar-themed “She Shed” in her backyard.
Teams from Wawasee Middle School, BW/Cook Service Experts of Elkhart, and Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana participated in a wish reveal for Anna, a 12-year-old from Kosciusko County.
As presenting sponsors, Johnson Controls and the Luxaire brand, in partnership with local distributor Design Air LLC, led a team who participated in a 5K walk and run. Held at Milwaukee’s Henry W. Maier Festival Park, the event also included a one-mile walk, wheelchair race, and after party.
Victor’s surprise marks the third wish reveal hosted by Service Experts, who announced its sponsorship of Make-A-Wish in January 2018 after making an initial donation of $150,000 to the organization.
Since 2001, Luxaire has donated more than $3.7 million to 23 chapters in the organization — enough to help grant 509 wishes made by children with critical illnesses.

After announcing an initial donation of $150,000 to Make-A-Wish, Service Experts, one of North America’s largest heating and air conditioning companies, surprised Payton with some exciting news.
