Steven Winter Associates Inc. announced that it has acquired the assets of Everyday Green LLC, Washington, District of Columbia, a building science consulting and verification firm specializing in green building certification programs.

Lime Energy Co., a leading provider of energy efficiency services to utilities and their commercial customers, announced that the company has completed a capital raise of $10 million in gross proceeds before offering expenses in order to fund growth.
