Krack Corp. announced that it has sold the assets of its Krack industrial refrigeration business to SGS Refrigeration Inc. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Krack retains ownership of its commercial business.
Johnson Controls has announced a price increase of 3 percent on Frick brand industrial refrigeration products due to increased material costs. Products covered include compressor packages, vessels, controls, evaporators, evaporative condensers, heat exchangers, and hygienic air handling units.
