Johnson Controls, along with the support of other Luxaire distributors and contractors, joined families with Make-A-Wish foundation.

The company also offers a broad variety of universal HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories from many manufacturers.

Among the system’s key enhancements from previous versions are graphics available across multiple mobile devices, alarm management that enables alarm prioritization for improved productivity, and improved scheduling and custom trending that save time and ease troubleshooting. 

The installation included a 227-kW solar photovoltaic array on the school’s roof, a wood pellet boiler to supply most of the school’s heating needs, and replacement of 42 classroom ventilators and all the windows that are original to the 1961 portion of the building

The 6-, 8-, 12-, 14-, 16-, and 24-ton VRF heat pump systems feature inverter compressor technology with highly efficient heating function down to minus 13°F ambient air temperature due to scroll compressor and liquid-injection technologies. 

Additionally, Capital Heating & Cooling completed the installation of two Luxaire packaged heating and cooling units, ductwork for the units, and a Luxaire ductless mini-split system.
