Contractor University and OPTIMUS, two divisions of the Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA), have officially announced full details for EPIC2025, the next chapter of their annual conference designed to help home services contractors grow and optimize their businesses. 

The Unified Group’s inaugural Leadership Forum was well-attended by more than 35 members in seasoned leadership roles or who have been tapped as up-and-coming leaders within their companies.

Alongside top-tier industry content, HARDI's Emerging Leaders conference will feature an exclusive networking/social event designed to foster lasting connections among Emerging Leaders.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Authentic Connections,” and building trust and growing relationships will be the primary focus.

EPIC 2025 is scheduled for Thursday, March 6, and Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Disney Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Carrier inducted Greg Harnist and Tim Corcoran, of Corcoran & Harnist of Cincinnati, Ohio, and John Ambrosino, of Total Temperature Control of Wakefield, Massachusetts, into its Dealer Hall of Fame. Fred Habegger, of The Habegger Corp., received the Carrier Distributor Lifetime Achievement Award.
