Fieldpiece introduced the #MasteroftheTrade program in 2022 to address the growing need for skilled HVACR technicians.

The #MasteroftheTrade Scholarship will support 12 individual recipients with funds earmarked for their education in a college or postsecondary HVACR technology program.

The Fieldpiece leadership team had used Kepner-Tregoe methodology to develop a solid plan for encouraging process excellence in all areas related to operational performance and client satisfaction.

Fieldpiece created the #MasteroftheTrade scholarship program to give back to the industry it has served for over three decades. The funds will assist recipients in covering college tuition fees or postsecondary HVACR technology program costs.

Seven HVACR rising stars gifted $2,500 each to fund their continued career and technical education.
