The Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Chicago spearheaded the successful recent passage of three top state legislation priorities. The bills that earned passage are the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act, Contractor Prompt Payment Act, and The Mechanics Lien Act.
