A.O. Smith Electrical Products Co. has named Scott Rowell plant manager of its Mt. Sterling, Ky., stamping operations. In his new position, Rowell will be responsible for meeting operation requirements of the 241,000-square-foot plant, as well as a steel slitting operation in Winchester, Ky.
