Daniel quickly became the “go-to guy” for bringing challenging projects both on time and in budget. This allowed the natural progression of Daniel finding himself using his tools less and less for projects and more his natural leadership with his follow coworkers.

Andy Souza is a mechanical engineer licensed in California with a passion for consulting the flourishing cannabis industry while working for TEP Engineering for the past 15 years.
As training supervisor, he creates, manages, and provides training for all of the company’s technicians and staff. He also manages 15-20 apprentices and entry-level technicians.
