CPS Products Inc. has been acquired by Harbour Group, announced Ed Jeffers, CPS’s chief executive officer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CPS is a manufacturer of tools, equipment, and instruments used by technicians who service commercial HVACR and automotive a/c systems.
Tom Gustafson, chief technology officer at Hartzell Air Movement, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA International). Prior to being appointed to the board, Gustafson served on a number of committees for the association.
