Gov. Mark Dayton, along with several political and community leaders, was in attendance for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Dayton spoke of the importance of new job growth in Minnesota and of attracting talent in light of a national and local employment shortage.

The campaign is designed to empower HARDI member companies to impress upon their employees the importance of voting in the 2016 general election while also being a resource on election and voting information.

These scholarships were awarded on the basis of academic ability, school participation, and community involvement. Students are sponsored by members of APHCC-Texas.
