Montana Technologies has, subject to the satisfaction of certain milestones, granted Carrier the exclusive right to commercialize its AirJoule technology into HVAC equipment in the Americas for a period of three years.
Cary Reed joined Service Experts in 2012 and has served in a number of leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president and general manager, a position in which he oversaw all areas of the company’s core business strategy and execution.

Heat pumps from Bosch, Daikin, Midea, and Johnson Controls are moving to the next phase of the challenge, which involves installing and monitoring prototypes in cold-climate locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Steve O’Brien, senior vice president, president, and general manager of A.O. Smith's Lochinvar brand, will succeed Dave Warren, senior vice president, president, and general manager of the North America water heating division, when Warren retires April 1.
The transaction marks another step forward in Carrier’s portfolio transformation, further strengthening the company’s global leadership position in intelligent climate and energy solutions, the company said in a press release.
