The Air Movement Control Association International (AMCA) opened the 2017 AHR Expo in Las Vegas by celebrating and recognizing the great strides that have been made by the association over the past century, while also keeping an eye on the future.
When asked to rate prospects for business in 2017, 98 percent of survey participants indicated a positive outlook. Within these responses, 24 percent answered “excellent,” representing nearly a 10 percent increase from 2016.
Las Vegas will be the latest city to which the AHR Expo has returned over the course of its eight-decade history and is one of several cities show management recognizes as prime for attracting exhibitors and attendees alike.
Each year as part of its submission process, the AHR Expo Innovation Awards competition collects entry fees and then donates them in full to a charitable organization within regional proximity to the corresponding year’s show.
As part of an ongoing effort to improve the exhibitor and attendee experience, International Exposition Co. has expanded its social media efforts and enhanced its website for the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo).
An in-depth look at ASHRAE’s work in the residential market as well as guidance on several aspects of residential design will be offered in four free seminars at the 2017 AHR Expo.
Building on the success of such offerings at previous International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Expositions (AHR Expos), the 2017 event in Las Vegas will feature a wide array of educational opportunities.
