The National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) will hold its 2016 Annual Convention Sept. 14-16 at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach, California. Emerson announced an agreement to sell Network Power to Platinum Equity and a group of co-investors. The transaction is valued at $4 billion.
