There’s a lot of talk in the industry about developing more qualified technicians. But training doesn’t stop the moment your technicians graduate from their HVACR program.

Some programs are not teaching students what they need to be adequately prepared for the industry. At the same time, many programs are not getting the support they need to educate and train prospective technicians.

In the last few years, Ferris State University has had a lot to boast about. Not only is it one of the only schools in the U.S. to offer a bachelor’s degree in HVACR engineering technology, it also offers the degree online.
